Wealthvine is a financial education centre operating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide structured educational programs designed to improve financial literacy and awareness among participants. We are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, or investment firm, and nothing on our website or in our programs constitutes investment advice, financial planning advice, or any regulated financial service as defined under Malaysian law.

Wealthvine currently offers the following educational programs:

• Smart Spending Habits — a six-session program on intentional spending patterns (RM 490)
• Equity Market Orientation — a six-session introduction to the Malaysian equity market via Bursa Malaysia (RM 1,150)
• Retirement Readiness Assessment — a comprehensive multi-workshop program covering retirement preparation (RM 2,800)

Program content, schedules, facilitators, and materials are subject to change at our discretion. We aim to communicate significant changes to enrolled participants with reasonable notice.

Enrolment in any Wealthvine program is subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry or completing a registration form does not constitute confirmed enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement and receipt of applicable fees (or an agreed deposit).

Wealthvine reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment at our discretion. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites or suitability considerations discussed during the enquiry process. Our programs are designed for adults aged 18 and above.

All program fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable by the method confirmed at the time of enrolment. Wealthvine reserves the right to amend program fees; however, fee changes will not apply to confirmed enrolments for which payment has been received.

Late payment may result in your enrolment being deferred to the next available intake. If you are experiencing difficulty with payment, please contact us to discuss your options.

6.1 Cancellation by Participant

• 14 days or more before program commencement: Full refund of fees paid, less any applicable administrative fee (up to RM 50).
• 7 to 13 days before program commencement: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Less than 7 days before program commencement: No refund. A deferral to the next available intake may be offered at our discretion.

6.2 Cancellation by Wealthvine

If Wealthvine cancels a program for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid, or the option to transfer to an alternative intake at no additional cost. We are not liable for any other costs incurred by participants in anticipation of the program.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation, using the original payment method where feasible. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us in writing at [email protected] or by telephone.

Wealthvine programs are conducted in a respectful, collaborative learning environment. Participants are expected to:

• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour during sessions
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute program materials without prior written consent
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal financial information shared by fellow participants in group settings

Wealthvine reserves the right to remove a participant from a program, without refund, if their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms.

Program materials — including workbooks, guides, assessments, and digital resources provided to participants — are for personal, educational use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes. Materials remain the intellectual property of Wealthvine unless otherwise indicated.

For the Retirement Readiness Assessment program, quarterly follow-up resources are provided for twelve months following program completion. Access to these resources may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of delivery.

Wealthvine does not recommend or endorse any specific financial products, securities, investment strategies, or service providers. Participants are responsible for any financial decisions they make following their participation in a program, and are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.

Past performance of financial instruments discussed in an educational context does not indicate future results. Simulated portfolio exercises used in our Equity Market Orientation program are for learning purposes only and do not represent actual trading or investment activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wealthvine and its staff, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Wealthvine website
• Any financial decisions made following participation in a Wealthvine program
• Interruption or postponement of programs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Inaccuracies in educational content that are corrected in a subsequent session or communication

Our total liability in connection with any program, if applicable, shall not exceed the fees paid by the participant for that specific program.

You may use the Wealthvine website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Use the website in any way that could impair its performance or availability
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website without our consent

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, continuously available, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend website content at any time without prior notice.

All content on the Wealthvine website — including text, graphics, logos, program frameworks, and the Retirement Readiness Assessment tool — is the property of Wealthvine and is protected by applicable Malaysian intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission from Wealthvine.

References to third-party names, brands, or services (such as Bursa Malaysia or EPF) are used for educational context only and do not imply endorsement by those parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage all parties to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal processes.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date indicated at the top. Your continued use of our website or participation in our programs following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, please discontinue use of our website and contact us regarding any active enrolments.
